Full body massage
With long strokes that flow over the entire body like waves, this massage is capable of inducing a state of deep relaxation. This is the best option to choose for people with anxiety as this massage is soothing for the entire nervous system and can shift the body into a parasympathetic (resting) state. Full body massage is also great for those suffering with mental stress as it connects the body, mind, and spirit and leaves a sense of integration.
It is not possible to complete a full body massage in 30 minutes, so we only offer this in 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions allow enough time in order to allow enough time to give every part of the body attention.
